Customization process

01. Supplied a confidentiality agreement of product by buyer if required.

02. Confirm material of products, size, shape, hardness, thickness etc.

03. The buyer should Provide 3D drawing or samples of product for evaluation.

04. Confirm the details that need to be caution while design the mold to avoid any mistakes.

05. Make a test mold for customized product.

06. Produce samples with the test mold.

07. Delivery samples to the buyer for testing all details. 

08. Acquire approval of products from buyer.

09. Make a production mold for production.

10. Start mass production.
